Thalipith Bhajni is a traditional Maharashtrian multigrain flour mix made from roasted grains, pulses, and spices. It is used to make Thalipith ā a healthy, crispy, and flavorful flatbread.
Q2. Are your products preservative-free?
Yes ā All our products are made from 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.
Q3. Do you use onion and garlic in all Bhajni mixes?
No ā we have both Ready-to-Cook mixes with onion & garlic as well as Only Bhajni flours (base mix) where you can add spices and vegetables of your choice.
Fasting Products (Upwas Foods)
Q4. Can I use Fasting Bhajni only during Upwas?
While designed for fasting (Ekadashi, Shravan, Navratri, etc.), these mixes are also a great option for light, nutritious meals on regular days.
Q5. What ingredients are used in Fasting Mixes?
Our fasting mixes are made with millets (sanwa, amaranth), sago, and potato flakes, keeping them vrat-friendly and easy to digest.

On average, 200g of Bhajni makes 6ā7 Thalipith, depending on thickness.
