Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Swaroop Healthy Organics

  • At Swaroop Healthy Organics, we value your trust. Our food products are prepared with care, certified under FSSAI (No. 21523083002543), and manufactured as per ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety and GMP standards.

    As our products are perishable, certain restrictions apply. This Policy outlines conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with Indian law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • ✅ The product delivered is wrong (different from your order).

  • ✅ The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • ✅ The product is expired at the time of delivery.

📸 Proof required: Clear photos/video of the product + packaging must be shared with us at [insert email/WhatsApp] within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • ❌ Opened or partially used food products

  • ❌ Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • ❌ Perishable items delivered in good condition

  • ❌ Products purchased during special promotions/offers (except damaged/defective cases)

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds – If the issue is verified (wrong/damaged/expired product), we will issue a refund.

  • Refund Mode – Original payment method (bank/UPI/card).

  • Timeline – Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

  • Shipping Charges – Non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a free replacement for:

  • Damaged delivery

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Expired product received

Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

5. Order Cancellations

  • ✅ Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, before shipping.

  • ❌ Once dispatched/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  3. Attach photo/video proof of the defective/wrong item.

  4. Our team will verify and approve/reject the request.

7. Consumer Rights

This Policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  • Customers retain all statutory rights under Indian consumer laws.

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Swaroop Healthy Organics shall be final, subject to consumer court remedies.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance of refunds/replacements due to circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, logistics disruptions, pandemics, etc.).
