7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Step 2: Arbitration – If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Pune, Maharashtra. The proceedings shall be in English.

  • Step 3: Courts – If arbitration fails, disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
